Wedding Dinner (subject to change)
Dinner will be served in a Sunday Lunch, family‑style manner, in loving homage to Soryah’s late godmother, Aunty Cintra, whose table was always teeming with generous dishes, good stories, and full bellies straight after church.
The meal will be shared in the style of a Trinidadian Sunday Lunch – generous platters passed around the table, plenty of variety, and an open invitation to taste a bit of everything. The menu is designed so that vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and meat‑lovers can all eat happily from the same spread, discovering classic and reimagined Trini flavours together as we sit, talk, and celebrate.
